CANCELLATION POLICY
At Starling Beauty, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide each client with a personalized and relaxing experience. Please review the policies below before booking. Deposit💰 Services may require a deposit at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total and is nonrefundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling❌ We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 70% cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. All deposits can be transferred if you reschedule within 30 days! Late Arrivals🕰️ To ensure every client receives the full experience, please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service adjusted. The full service cost may still apply. Card on File💳 A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments and will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation or no-show policy. 🤍Thank you for respecting these policies and supporting a small business.
